Ensure Safety policies and procedures are adhered with by all team membersProvides client with end of month maintenance reports.Participate in weekly KIHM management meeting and ensure compliance with programDevelop production targets for each shift in accordance with monthly planConduct weekly planning meeting as required by KIHM managementMonitor budget and report variances to Maintenance DirectorMonitor weekly production plan progress, make adjustments as necessaryEnsure operating systems (RTA, DCS) and maintenance administrative requirements are managed properlyEnsure QA requirements are met at all levels of the department; results are shared with the teamProvide weekly Trend Analysis / Feedback on KPI performance for Meeting BoardMonitor oil analysis program ensuring re-sampling or follow up is performed in a timely mannerReview PMI Audit results with Training and QA team. Take necessary action to ensure improvements when neededManage staff and serve corrective action disciplines pursuant to the Collective Bargaining AgreementCommunicate with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on problems identified with partsWork closely with Parts Manager to ensure needed parts and inventory levels are maintained at efficient and optimum levelsMonitor electronic vehicle inspection process (Zonar)Responsible for presenting visual financial and performance presentations to upper management and the clientKnowledge and Experience
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while exceeding established goals and objectivesMust be 21+ and able to pass DOT mandated background check / drug & alcohol screeningPossess or be able to obtain Class B CDL w / Passenger & Air Brake endorsementsMinimum of 5 years of Maintenance / Fleet or associated experienceProficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and Web based applicationsASE Certifications are a plusBi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not mandatoryMust be able to communicate effectively on all levels in English (Speak, Read & Write)Associates or Tech School degree preferredPlease note : Job duties or specific job title could vary; where covered by a collective bargaining agreement the provisions of that agreement may prevail.
