Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Perform collecting, reconciliation, research, and correspondence related to accounts

Reconcile complex accounts and submit appeal letters on underpaid claims

Provide excellent customer service to patients and other internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience with healthcare billing and / or collections

1+ years of recent experience in follow-up with Medicare or Medicare Managed Care plans

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
