Operations Manager

The Operations Manager supports the Senior Regional Director (SRD) by overseeing departmental operations, including parts, service, and installation teams. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and strategic alignment across departments, while providing professional guidance and leadership in facility management and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Assist in planning, evaluating, and implementing departmental operations
• Provide fiscal oversight and financial reporting to the SRD
• Recommend cost control strategies and identify opportunities to reduce labor and material expenses
• Supervise department staff, including managers and associates
• Support development of short- and long-term goals for departments and branch operations
