Licensing Associate

The Licensing Associate provides accurate, timely processing of Carrier Credential requests and New Hire Carrier Appointments ensuring procedures are followed within the compliance guidelines, in addition to providing requested certificates by due dates. In This Role You Will Execute On :

• Assign insurance carrier credentials to new Hylant employees and others as requested
• Deactivate carrier credentials as needed
• Maintain carrier login workbooks
• Handle insurance carrier appointments
• Provide requested Error & Omissions (E&O) certificates as requested by insurance carriers
• Create daily Licensing help desk report for internal distribution and review
• Forward incoming notifications to assigned Hylant service associates
• Save appointment confirmations and terminations to internal database
• Save State Licensure notifications received to internal database
• Review unlicensed New Hire Help Desk calls for active National Producer Numbers
• Assist in completing special projects as time permits
