The Allstate - Hancock Insurance and Financial is a well-established agency in Marriott Slaterville, Utah, dedicated to protecting and serving our clients with tailored insurance solutions. We offer a flexible work environment, frequent monetary incentives, and career advancement opportunities, including the potential to move into a sales manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products and provide personalized solutions to clients
  • Complete daily call outreach to prospects and follow up on leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of Allstate products and confidently present them
  • Utilize your personal network to generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • No prior experience requiredjust a great attitude and work ethic!
  • Outgoing, kind, and personable with strong communication skills
  • Funny, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Smart and knowledgeable, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Youre not afraid of picking up the phone and make calls.
  • You have a history of being a top producer or the hunger to become one.
