Key Responsibilities
Deliver onboarding programs for new GTM team members
Assess training needs and develop innovative training solutions
Create and facilitate customized learning modules for various sales roles
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience designing sales enablement programs or similar sales support role
5+ years relevant experience in the security industry in a B2B environment
Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects from inception to maintenance
Extensive knowledge of instructional design and eLearning software
Expertise in common sales methodologies and tools
