Peer Support Recovery Specialist

Our Certified Peer Recovery Specialist will coordinate and provide services to individuals and families necessary to promote rehabilitation, recovery, and resiliency. They will identify and address the strengths that aid in the recovery and resiliency process, as well as barriers that could impede skills for independent functioning.

Detailed Responsibilities :

Follow patient safety policies and procedures.

Participate in proactive patient safety by questioning current policies and processes.

Identify and report / correct environmental conditions that may put a patient at undue risk.

Report potential or actual patient safety concerns in a timely manner.

Encourage patients to actively participate in their care.

Qualifications :

High School or GED Equivalent.

1 year of directly related experience.
