A company is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to lead and optimize their revenue engine across sales and customer success organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to strategize revenue growth and customer retention initiatives
Design and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity across different sales workflows
Develop operational processes to enhance customer onboarding, engagement, and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
8-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related leadership roles
5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
Deep expertise in Salesforce, with administrator-level familiarity required
Experience supporting or operating within Customer Success organizations
