Therapy / Rehabilitation - PT Outpatient

PT Outpatient needed for Rehab Services ASAP start and for 13 weeks 5x8 Days 8am-5pm, weekdays only (Mon-Fri) Certs Required : BLS Experience Required : prefer experience treating OP neuro and ortho patients; prefer strong neuro background with vestibular training / experience 2 years experience required EMR - EPIC (recent experience / proficiency is required) Candidates must have a NC license or Multistate license Local Rules : No Candidates will be considered / accepted if they reside less than 40 miles from facility. Drivers License MUST be provided for address verification prior to any offer acceptance. Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report. All RTO must be submitted with profile.
