Associate Director of Global Privacy and Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Global Privacy and Compliance to lead the design implementation and oversight of Precision Medicine Group global privacy and compliance and program. This role ensures that the company meets all regulatory ethical and corporate standards across multiple jurisdictions supporting our mission in clinical research and pharmaceutical development.

Compliance Program Leadership and Oversight

• Lead the global privacy program ensuring compliance with GDPR APAC privacy laws LATAM privacy laws and other applicable data protection regulations.
• Oversee privacy impact assessments data breach response and cross-border data transfer compliance.
• Directing a variety of initiatives relating to the development implementation and monitoring of PMGs Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program. Examples are :

Leading an enterprise-wide compliance assessment tailored to the companys business activities and risks including risk metrics and analysis

Risk Management & Monitoring : Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Regulatory Engagement

Training & Culture

Incident Management

Senior Stakeholder Management

Qualifications and Competencies :

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to : skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
