Job Description :

  • Have at least 5 years' experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
  • Demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop / Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)
