Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

Overview

We are seeking a full-time comprehensive ophthalmologist to provide medical and surgical eye care in a busy ophthalmology practice. The position offers a well-paid full-time opportunity with potential for partnership and practice ownership. The candidate should be a skilled cataract surgeon capable of handling a high volume of cataract cases. Our experience indicates conversion to premium IOLs and FLACS is achievable at around 45%, creating opportunities for enhanced revenue for the successful surgeon. The practice consists of five comprehensive ophthalmologists, a part-time retinal specialist, and two optometrists, with an affiliated Ambulatory Surgical Center and a 12-lane office that includes an optical dispensary and 25 supporting personnel in a major metropolitan area.
