Position Overview :

The Warehouse Supervisor at Pj Fitzpatrick is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse team, ensuring efficient processes for material management and logistics. This role involves leadership and coordination with staff to maintain a productive and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including loading and unloading of materials and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ensure that all delivery schedules are met, and materials are delivered to job sites in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and performance management for warehouse staff.
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise within the warehouse team or during logistics operations.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and recommend improvements as necessary.

Work Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 1st shift
