Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of Account Directors and Account Managers to enhance performance and growth
Drive strategies for account expansion and renewals while maintaining accurate pipeline data and forecasting
Implement operational improvements to increase team efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
7+ years in customer success, account management, or sales leadership roles, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or CTV
Experience managing a revenue-focused team with enterprise revenue portfolios exceeding $50M+ annually
Proven track record in pipeline management, forecasting, and driving retention / expansion outcomes
Strong operational mindset with experience in process improvements
Ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders effectively
