A growing financial services team in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Associate Financial Advisor who wants to take ownership, deepen client relationships, and grow their impact. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales instincts, planning acumen, and a desire to be part of a long-term succession plan. You'll work directly with existing and new clients while helping scale a high-performing, values-driven practice.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead review meetings with B and C clients, offering insurance and investment planning solutions
- Collaborate with senior advisors on high-net-worth opportunities
- Actively track and close new opportunities from warm leads and referrals
- Manage client communications, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Build and nurture relationships in your own network to drive new business
- Support client engagement through social media, events, and marketing
- Coordinate with internal team members to execute comprehensive planning strategies
- Take increasing responsibility for key clients and internal operations over time
