Responsibilities :

Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and consistent follow-up

Attend trainings and coaching sessions to build skills and stay on track with goals

Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set with a listing or buyer’s agent

Maintain long-term relationships with clients through phone, email, and ongoing communication

Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients

Track and evaluate progress by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports

Use CRM systems to ensure client and lead data is accurate, current, and accessible to the team

Qualifications :

A valid Real Estate License
