Your Role : Senior Accountant Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting

As a Senior Accountant youll play a critical role in preparing SEC filings supporting financial statement disclosures and performing technical accounting analyses. Youll collaborate across teams and help strengthen financial reporting processes for a rapidly scaling organization.

What Youll Do

Prepare and review SEC filings (Forms 10-K 10-Q 8-K) and related disclosures

Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors

Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and variances

Research and document technical accounting issues and new GAAP pronouncements

Review journal entries and reconciliations for investments and other technical areas

Support accounting for business combinations and investments

Perform key internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities

Supervise and coach financial reporting staff

Assist with special projects and automation initiatives

What You Bring

BS / BA in Accounting

35 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and / or public accounting

Experience with SEC reporting requirements

Strong analytical organizational and communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

CPA designation

Experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment
