StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Day 8 Pay Rate : $148.41 - $160.65 The facility is seeing a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday-Friday 6 : 30-3p

Required Cases : All Gastro- Upper and lower

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Paper Charting

Care Team (and ratio) or Independent : NO MD supervision

Credentialing Timeframe : 1-2 weeks

License required or willing to license : Indiana License required

Facility Location

South Bend is the unofficial home of Notre Dame University, which is located just north of its city limits.
