Data Center Engineer

The ideal candidate should be good on network troubleshooting and know how to use network tools. We prefer candidates with the following experience and knowledge :

• Identify, troubleshoot and isolate Network inefficiency, API delays, identifying and resolving issues, providing solutions for IOT devices such as PDU / UPS deployed in data centers.
• Use different possible troubleshooting methods, tools to isolate network and service issues to identify the cause via splunk / SQL query in order to find the root cause analysis.
• Review logs to identify issues within customized scripts and work closely with our development team to remediate them.
• Utilized internal network management system to detect alarms, identify abnormal behavior. Work with the development team to automate and fine tune trouble ticket creations through internal ticketing system
• Identified and characterized product defects; document them in Jira tickets. Assisting in developing SOP and document them in Confluence.
