Director of Sales (IC) - Nation's Top Sales Recruiters

Professional Services / Consulting / Recruiting / HR | Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Boston (Remote) | IL, GA, NY, MA | $350,000

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new professional services engagements related to AI and Data for Enterprise Clients in your assigned account patch.
  • Prospect and build strong relationships with Snowflake Sales Representatives, acting as a trusted advisor and collaboratively developing solutions for partner accounts.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 3 years of professional services sales experience, preferably within a partnership-driven environment.
  • Direct AI / ML or data analytics / BI experience.
  • Experience selling $4-5 million of professional services on an annual basis.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of a territory, identify opportunities, and adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape.

    • Location : Remote opportunity. Ideal candidates will be based in Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; or Boston, MA, with an expectation of meeting with partners in your region 1-2 times per week.

    Compensation : Base salary : $160,000–$175,000. Total compensation : $320,000–$350,000.
