HEALTHCARE AUTHORIZATION COORDINATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION :

  • Location : Davidson NC 28036 – Hybrid
  • Payrate : $19+ / hr – based on experience
  • Required Availability : Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Mon / Thu / Fri on site | Tue / Wed remote

HEALTHCARE AUTHORIZATION COORDINATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS :

The Healthcare Authorization Coordinator role supports the Central Eligibility Authorization Team (CEAT) by ensuring accurate data entry and management of all admissions, discharges, transfers, and service authorizations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and supporting seamless claims processing across multiple service lines.

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
