Compensation :
$125,500 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with valuable insights and information.Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for property listings.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions to better serve clients' needs.Qualifications :
Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management.Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends and technologies.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Motivated to pursue a career in real estate, with a commitment to obtaining a real estate license if not already licensed.About Company
