Friendship, Wisconsin - 13 weeks

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Certifications Requirements : Wisconsin PT License, AHA BLS certification
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2+ years preferred
  • Other Requirements : Ability to float between units, strong communication skills, flexibility to adapt to different settings

  • Provide skilled physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional independence.
  • Assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed to meet patient goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure coordinated care.
