We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are eager to make a significant impact within a supportive, collaborative team. Applicants must reside in Georgia or within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia state line (including parts of FL, TN, SC, NC, AL) to meet state licensure requirements.
Please Note : We do not provide training for BCBA certification. All applicants must hold an active BCBA certification and are welcomed into our dedicated training program designed to promote your success within our organization.

What You'll Do :
Conduct assessments and create behavior plans in school, clinic, or home environments.Supervise and mentor RBTs / technicians working with clients or students.Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and staff to ensure a consistent approach across settings.Provide training and coaching to staff and families in effective, evidence-based behavior strategies.Regularly monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to programs.Requirements :
