Marketing Manager

Help drive growth and visibility in high-tech industries. As Marketing Manager, you'll own digital and event marketing initiatives, align strategy with sales and product goals, and deliver measurable results that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Location : Remote Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team) Employment Type : Full-time

What you'll do

  • SEO & digital campaigns : Lead initiatives that grow awareness, generate leads, and deepen engagement.
  • Event & trade show strategy : Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, webinars, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Go-to-market alignment : Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure brand consistency and strategic impact.
  • Performance reporting : Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze results, and optimize for ROI.
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Work with internal teams to improve execution and customer experience.

    • What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital, content, and event marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and on budget.
  • Industry background (test & measurement, OEM, telecom, EMC, aerospace, automotive) highly preferred; experience with brands like Narda, Viavi, EXFO, Keysight, Anritsu, Fluke, or Emerson is a major plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset; skilled with data, dashboards, and automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; both strategic and execution-driven.
