A company is looking for an IP Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively monitor for IP infringement across online and market activity

Manage and execute enforcement actions, takedowns, and demand letters

Directly perform hands-on litigation, including prosecution, defense, TTAB, and USPTO matters

Required Qualifications

Must hold a U.S. law license (any state)

Strong, demonstrable litigation experience is required

Ability to litigate in TTAB and relevant USPTO proceedings

Broad IP experience covering patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets

International experience is strongly preferred
