Licensed Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Commercial Auto PD / BI Claims Supervisor - Liability.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a liability claims team to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery

Promote best practices in claims handling according to established guidelines

Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in Commercial Auto, Bodily Injury, and Litigation

Prior leadership experience of 5-10 years
