Tax Advisor

DRDA is currently seeking a  strategic Tax Advisor  to work  collaboratively with our clients  to  provide expert tax planning  and  advisory services . This role combines  relationship management  and  general tax expertise  to deliver strategies that  generate savings and manage risks . The Tax advisor serves (1) business-owners who need help identifying relevant tax strategies and understanding their impact, and (2) our internal accounting team to ensure successful execution of the execution of the strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Be aware of the client’s journey  Be aware of the client’s challenges  Be aware of client’s structure  Proactively interact with clients to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for business and tax-related improvements Be the trusted advisor to the client and DRDA staff Key Responsibilities :  Provide proactive, client-focused tax planning and advisory services to optimize outcomes and support their client’s financial goals.  Conduct client meetings to discuss tax strategies, review financial information, and provide recommendations in clear, understandable terms.  Lead the accountant and client in execution of agreed-upon tax strategies  Research complex tax issues and stay current on evolving tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.  Advise clients on potential tax liabilities, deductions, credits, and strategies to reduce their overall tax burden.  Collaborate with internal accounting, teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of client services.  Build and maintain trusted client relationships by delivering exceptional service, timely communication, and practical guidance.  Maintain accurate and organized tax records for compliance, reporting, and audit readiness.
