Key Responsibilities

Own the long-term technical vision and build a multi-year engineering roadmap

Lead and grow engineering teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Establish scalable processes and ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Strong technical foundation with experience in architectural and product-level decisions

Experience with hardware, IoT, or control systems preferred

5+ years of hands-on experience in Golang and / or Python, SQL

Proven ability to scale teams and systems in a high-growth environment
