As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain highly visible, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting access control and loss prevention efforts. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or site personnel regarding incidents, observations, or concerns.

Assist in maintaining order throughout the location by providing a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity.

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
