Summary of Position

Prepare a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness / sanitation standards.

Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Essential job functions require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, reaching / lifting arms above head, and standing and / or walking for prolonged periods of time

We ask you to :

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
