Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects

Partner with sales leadership to align technical resources with strategic accounts and revenue goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market feedback and support go-to-market initiatives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales engineering, with 3-5 years in a leadership role

Strong technical background in data management, cloud platforms, or AI / analytics

Proven success in scaling sales engineering teams for complex enterprise sales

Experience collaborating with large enterprise customers and C-level executives

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is beneficial
