Temp Medical Records Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist our Clinic team with digitizing paper medical records. The candidate will be responsible for scanning and entering patient information into our electronic health record system, Nexgen.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Work closely with clinic staff to organize and process physical medical records
• Scan paper documents and ensure accurate digital conversion
• Input data into Nextgen EHR system with attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Track progress and report any issues or discrepancies
• Qualifications :
• Prior experience with data entry or medical records preferred
• Familiarity with Nextgen or other EHR systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

This is a Contract position based out of Victorville, CA.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.58 - $22.58 / hr.
