Key Responsibilities
Drive in-depth discovery discussions with prospective customers to understand their environment and needs
Deliver product demonstrations and assist customers with proof of value (POV) initiatives
Collaborate with support, customer success, and professional services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product usage
Required Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer
Solid understanding of the technical sales process
Expertise in Cloud and related technologies
History of success working directly with end users
Experience managing multiple customers while achieving positive outcomes
