Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the weekly growth engine to enhance customer purchases and reduce CAC
Manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms targeting specific market segments
Develop and implement lifecycle automation to improve customer onboarding and retention
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation roles
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition strategies and growth experimentation
Proficient in building lifecycle automation and CRM-driven journeys, particularly in HubSpot
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and diagnose funnel gaps
Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation and funnel optimization
