ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2006 and currently has a small, dedicated team. I started my career with State Farm in operations — it’s the only company I’ve ever worked for, and over the years, it’s become a place where I’ve built a career rooted in service, trust, and relationships.
I’m a proud graduate of University of Louisiana, I’ve been married for 25 years and have three kids. Family comes first for me, and I bring that same commitment to my team — creating an environment where people are supported not just as employees, but as individuals.

Outside of the office, I’ve coached soccer for 17 years, volunteered at my kids’ schools, and served as “Top Dog” in the Watch D.O.G.S. program. I’m also very active in my church and love giving back to the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jeff Cain - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
