Job Title : Leasing Consultant

Property : The Vive Collection- 1,245-Unit Community

Location : San Diego, CA

Reports to : Community Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities : None

Position Summary

The Leasing Consultant plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of our community. This position is responsible for engaging prospects, building meaningful connections, and guiding them through the leasing journey from initial inquiry to move-in day. The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, and sales-driven, with an ability to tailor their approach to each individual while maintaining focus on occupancy goals and customer satisfaction.

This role blends sales expertise, customer service finesse, and administrative accuracy to help achieve the property’s leasing and retention objectives while representing our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sales & Leasing Performance

• Actively Manage the Full Leasing Cycle : Conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and close leases in line with community goals.
• Deliver Exceptional Sales Pitches : Highlight community features, value, and lifestyle.
• Maintain a Minimum 40% Tour-to-Application Conversion Ratio : Contribute to achieving and maintaining a physical occupancy of >

95%.
