Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Location : Fully Remote

Training Schedule : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST

Work Schedule (Post-Training) : 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM EST

Important : Candidates must hold an active Health Insurance License in the state they reside in. .

Responsibilities :

  • Receive inbound calls from prospective customers for dental insurance products
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plans
  • Explain plan costs, benefits, and payment options
  • Complete sales and forward customer information for enrollment
  • Respond to service-related inquiries from existing enrollees
  • Educate customers on eligibility, benefits, claims, and billing
  • Track and document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Meet production standards and performance metrics
  • Handle complex calls requiring research and problem-solving

Qualifications :

  • Active Health Insurance License (Life, Accident, Sickness) per state DOI regulations
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of successful sales or customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong computer, phone, and math skills
  • Dental industry experience (e.g., dental assisting certificate, dental office / lab experience, dental claims adjudication) is a plus but not required
