Program Manager

Position Summary :

The Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of workforce development programs. This position ensures program compliance staff performance and successful participant outcomes. The Supervisor will manage a team of Career Development Coordinators and collaborate closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives maintain funding compliance and support youth and adult participants in achieving self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Oversight & Compliance

• Ensure all program activities align with county state and federal regulations including WIOA guidelines.
• Monitor intake eligibility assessments service plans and career pathway documentation for quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular file reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee participant progress from outreach through retention and advancement.
