As a Sales Lead at Orangetheory Fitness, you are that leader. You'll set the pace, motivate the team, and ensure that every member and prospective member feels the energy, excitement, and support that defines our community. This role blends sales, leadership, and operations, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

  • Lead from the Front : Set the tone for an energized, welcoming studio environment.
  • Drive Sales : Engage prospective members, give studio tours, and confidently present the Orangetheory experience to turn interest into memberships.
  • Be a Membership Expert : Guide new members through their first class, ensure they feel supported, and follow up to help them commit to their goals.
  • Support the Team : Assist the Studio Manager in operations, sales performance, and studio success.
  • Stay Organized : Ensure the studio is clean, stocked, and ready for every class.
  • Grow Our Community : Represent Orangetheory at outreach and marketing events.
