Drive Sales : Engage prospective members, give studio tours, and confidently present the Orangetheory experience to turn interest into memberships. Be a Membership Expert : Guide new members through their first class, ensure they feel supported, and follow up to help them commit to their goals. Support the Team : Assist the Studio Manager in operations, sales performance, and studio success. Stay Organized : Ensure the studio is clean, stocked, and ready for every class. Grow Our Community : Represent Orangetheory at outreach and marketing events. Extensive Paid Training – We set you up for success with in-depth training on sales, leadership, and operations.
