Radar Signal Processing Engineer

The Role :

The Maritime Domain Applications (MDA) Group is seeking a Radar Signal Processing Engineer to develop advanced sensing concepts utilizing adaptive radar signal processing, resource management, and advanced radar algorithm development, as well as executing advanced sensor concept demonstrations.

A successful candidate will have working knowledge in one or more of the following areas : advanced signal processing, radar systems, RF remote sensing, or resource management; or a strong background in a foundational field for these areas (i.e. – mathematics, physics, etc.). Additional desired skillsets would be the application of AI / ML principals into advanced signal processing algorithms.  This position requires skills working as part of multi-disciplinary teams designing and analyzing signal processing algorithms for complex systems. Strong technical, interpersonal, communication, and technical leadership skills are desired.

• Develop system concepts and signal processing algorithms for remote sensing
• Work as part of a small, focused team to architect, develop, implement, and test RF signal processing systems
• Modeling and Simulation of advanced RF systems, new sensing paradigms, and multi-function RF concepts

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range :   $112,000-$154,000

The salary range listed is based on external market data. Offers are based on factors, such as but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, key skills / critical skills, security clearances, and prevailing market and business conditions.
