Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary :

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care within an ICU setting potentially floating between units. The role requires the nurse to work independently especially in a low-acuity ICU environment and may involve charge responsibilities. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a patient load of up to 3 patients.

Location : Plainview Texas United States

Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled nursing care to ICU patients.
• Work independently in a low-acuity ICU setting.
• Function as a charge nurse if needed over a low-acuity ICU.
• Perform patient assessments medication administration and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with healthcare providers.
