My client is a SQF certified food manufacturer committed to producing high-quality meat and poultry products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. They are currently seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our Quality Control / Quality Assurance Department to new heights and oversee a dedicated project team focused on quality optimization initiatives. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products, aligning with USDA regulations, and maintaining SQF certification. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager, demonstrating the ability to not only maintain but elevate our quality control department to the next level.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality Control Team to achieve high levels of performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to advance the Quality Control Department and elevate quality control practices.
• Oversee the annual SQF audit, ensuring the plant's continued compliance and successful recertification.
