A company is looking for an Outpatient Therapist, licensed in Arizona, for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family counseling via telehealth

Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic client outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Arizona license through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW)

2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred

Experience in outpatient, mental health, substance use, or crisis settings strongly desired

Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms

Passion for serving diverse populations using recovery-oriented, client-centered care
