Shift : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

Dispatchers play a crucial role in coordinating the timely transport of life-saving critical supplies for our clients :

• Managing Requests : Efficiently handling urgent pickup and delivery requests, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinating Logistics : Prioritize routes, schedules, and critical requests for drivers, optimizing delivery times while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Problem-Solving : Quickly assess and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment to ensure service continuity.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other Dispatchers and our Recruiting Division to align with contractor availability and ensure seamless operations.
