As one of two HR Business Partners onsite, you'll collaborate to deliver high-impact HR solutions, working side-by-side with manufacturing, engineering, product support, and more.

What You'll Love :

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or other relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of direct HR experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager is required. A professional HR certification is preferred. An equivalent combination of training experience may be considered.

Ability to be onsite 4 days a week.

Salary and Benefits : The expected salary range for this position is $130,000160,000 plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
