Post Processing Technician 3

Join a fast-paced, hands-on cannabis team where quality, consistency, and collaboration are central to daily operations. The Post Processing Technician 3 works Tuesday through Sunday from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM and plays a key role in supporting and coordinating day-to-day processing activities while remaining actively involved in hands-on production work. Under the direction of the Processing Supervisor, this position supports harvest activities, green waste disposal, batch bucking, trimming, inspections, sorting, quality control, and oversight of dry and cure processes, as well as inventory management within trim, dry, and cure areas.

This role supports daily workflow by training team members on routine post-processing tasks and helping assign and monitor work to maintain efficiency and quality standards. The Post Processing Technician 3 performs processing tasks across all areas while ensuring compliance with established SOPs and operational guidelines and assists with developing and updating departmental SOPs as needed. The position also supports scheduling and production planning efforts, identifies and helps resolve workflow or production issues, and collaborates with leadership and HR on performance-related matters when necessary.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a structured yet fast-moving environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain clear, respectful communication with peers and management are essential. This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors, frequently walk and reach, regularly lift 10-20 pounds with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, balance, and physical movement such as stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders or stairs. Previous experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
