Assistant Director Of Rooms
The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for an Assistant Director of Rooms who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The position reports to Director of Rooms.

About The Role
The Assistant Director directs and controls the activities of the Front Desk, CORE, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Spa and Security. Assures that standards are met, guests and employees are satisfied and problems are promptly resolved. Acts as the senior manager in these departments when department head is unavailable. Assumes the responsibilities of the Director of Rooms in his / her absence. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for individuals who have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, are able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation, and can evidence having a solid work ethic, good business acumen and a passion for service.
Applicants are required to have five to seven years' experience with diversity of Operations management positions.
A college degree preferably specializing in hotel / restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience is required. Some travel is required for training, conferences and special events.
Base Salary : $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
