Hiring CDL-A Drivers

Job description :

Halvor Lines is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for OTR routes. We have available positions for company drivers and independent contractors.

CDL A Truck Drivers

  • Top 10% of drivers earn up to $102,000
  • , depending on freight
  • Earn up to 63-68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses)
  • Base pay range : 45-60 CPM , depending on experience and freight
  • Flexible home time, depending on location
  • No-touch freight options
  • Paid tarping and load securement training available

Company Driver Benefits

  • $1,000 orientation pay
  • $2,000 referral bonus + $.01 for every mile your referral drives!
  • Performance, safety, fuel bonuses worth up to 8 CPM + additional fuel bonus
  • Advance your career as a trainer and earn an additional 27 CPM while training
  • Medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, and PTO available
  • 401(k) with 4% employer match

  • Late-model trucks equipped with TVs, refrigerators, inverters and bunk heaters

  • Valid CDL A license
  • 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
